In our local area, a college financial advisor stole several identities. Once you got the information she needed she evaded the police, but when she was apprehended, she was incarcerated for a short time. She then got a job in a surrounding area supermarket where she again went back to stealing. The cycle of identity theft fraud never ends and you pay!
